Your Right to Cancel

Our intention is to ensure that our customers are happy with the items they purchase from us and we are happy to discuss any problems in a reasonable manner.

Consumer Sales

If you want to return an item, just let us know you wish to do this within 21 working days of receipt of the item(s) by email or letter.

You can also use the cancellation form (available on this website), although it is not obligatory for you to do so.

Please note that we do not accept telephone cancellations. 

Items held uncollected with the carrier will not be regarded as unwanted, unless we have been contacted as above.  On return, the item will simply be held until you contact us to repay the postage. Please see the carriers website regarding quickly and easily rearranging delivery online.

Return Postage

On consumer sales, unless there is a fault, buyers must pay for the return postage.

In cases where return postage reimbursement is to be given for any reason, the reimbursement will be for the most economical method of getting the item back to our premises. In all cases premium services will not be covered. Please contact us prior to sending if you need to for details of this, or help choosing a service, before sending the item.

Goods should be returned promptly after arrangements to do so have been made. We ask that this happens within 21 days for purposes of convenience.

Refund information

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the basic cost of delivery.

This does not include the supplementary costs arising from chosing a more expensive/expedited type of delivery (on outward postage), than the most basic on offer. In these cases a sum equivalent to the basic postage will be refunded, if that was shown as a separate sum.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. The buyer will not incur any direct fees from the payment facilitator as a result of the reimbursement,(this does not include fees from third parties for receiving the money after it is refunded).

Sending items Back

The buyer should return the item(s) to us within 21 days of notifying us of intention to cancel the contract under the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.

The buyer shall send back the goods to the address included in the parcel, and shown on this website as our registered address. 

They should do so without undue delay and in any event should post the item(s) not later than 21 days from the day on which they communicate the cancellation of this contract to us.

They should notify us that the item has been sent, and by what postal carrier it has been sent.

Business to Business

This includes fulfilment of orders for other sellers when to out of stock

Where another business purchases from me, the Consumer Rights Directive 2014 does not apply; though other legislation may do.

The Consumer Rights Directive 2014 does warn against businesses representing themselves as consumers in making a purchase.

In cases of one off orders from other sellers who have a stock shortage, and make a purchase for sending direct to a customer, the following will apply.

We am happy to do this, but the item becomes the responsibility of the purchasing business as an item of their stock, and is not covered by consumer law for return to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
